This is messed up.  I have not been in my safe in a while and it is only a few months old.  I travel out of town 4 days a week and come home to open the safe to fart around and I freeze at the key pad.  I cannot remember the combi.  It is a liberty with a key pad lock.  If anyone has this safe, was the combi 4 or 5 digits from the factory + #?

all of the ones i have seen from the factory are 6 digits plus pound...

if you go into a retailer that sells safes it is my experience that if it has an electronis keypad the code is 123456# and that will open it so you can look at it...

Yep found the owners manual online and it was 6 digits.
took me two trys from there.  I had a serious brain fart...too many numbers in my head.

Set it to some numbers you can remember like your birthday, or something easy like 1,1,1,1,1,1

Maybe try and make a word from the key pad(text msg on cell phone!)...ive used "ar rule","47suks", "556usa" something you can recall through association... DONT LOCK THE DOOR ONTO THE FRAME UNTIL YOU OPEN THE LOCK WITH THE NEW COMBO AT LEAST 10 TIMES, make sure it works and that you can remember it!h.gif
