I just talked to the Sherriff in my county about building a SBR and getting his approval. He said absolutely not a problem. Just told me to get my forms from the ATF all filled out and call and set up an appointment for finger printing. He would then run his back ground check and when that was done he would sign them and I could come pick them up. Step 1 is out of the way, forms are ordered. Fingers crossed for the rest of the process......
