I picked up willmaker plus 06 yesterday and have spent yesterday and today trying to figure out the right trust for me. i want my wife to have co-use of the nfa item and would like to leave it to my minor son should i pass away before he turns 21 and can establish his own trust. everything i have read in willmaker on the shared trust says that either party can terminate the trust at anytime. i havent been able to find where you can write into it that both trustee's must agree on terminating the trust and or sale or remove items from the trust. is there a way to do that in willmaker or shoud i think about doing a individual trust instead of the shared trust. that woud mean my wife couldnt have access to the mini safe where the keys to the big safe are stored, as i would be the only trustee correct?? i am also trying to find anyone who has done a trust for nfa stuff in NC. any help would be great.
this stuff wasnt so confuseing before i got willmaker.
thanks in advance

Any chance you can exchange it for Willmaker Plus 2007?  Product support for the 2006 edition ends on 1/1/2007.

This is something you will need to discuss with your wife.  If the two of you can't see eye to eye you may need to consider an individual trust.

Correct.

Don't rush yourself, you're making important decisions right now.
