Okay my friend and I just got back from buying Gemtech Outback II suppressors.
Now we have to get fingerprints, photos and CLEO signoffs.

My question is does is matter what order we complete these steps?

Doesn't matter but they all have to be mailed out in the same package.  Don't forget the citizen certification.

Read the tacked thread about using a trust then you don't need CLEO signoff, fingerprints, picture, or a citzen certification.  It took 31 days mailbox to mailbox for my form 1's to be approved with a trust.  If you don't do a trust then you probably get the CLEO signoff first since if you can't get a CLEO signoff you won't need the other items.

Some CLEOs won't sign off unless you have already put your photograph on the forms.  They never see the fingerprint cards though, and I bet lots of CLEOs don't have that restriction.

If I were you, I'd go get your photos taken (kinkos) and put them on the form first.  Then take it to the CLEO, and while you're waiting for him to sign it go get your fingerprints done.
