F4 questions > General NFA Questions

Have a few questions I was hoping one of you could help me with since I can't get in touch w/ my FFL.

1. On the F4, there's a section (15) that says something to the effect of "I want the suppressor because". What should I put there?

2. The "certification of compliance w/ 18USC" form. Am I the "person certifying to citizenship"?

3. The 2 blue ATF finger print cards. There is a section that says "Employer and address". I'm assuming that's the employer and address of the person that printed me and not my employer and address?

Any info you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

This is why I went the Trust route , less paperwork.
