I've heard a few places that glocks can be pretty finicky when it comes to suppressing them. Lately i've been toying around with the idea of getting a G19 threaded Bar-Sto barrel and a AAC Spider, some G19 mags, and throwing them in my G23. Any thoughts on this?

From what I hear, the AAC Evo-9 is the best can for your 9, and it'll function fine.  On the other hand, not too sure how well 9mm is going to work with your 40 breechface.

From what i hear, as long as you use a good replacement 9mm barrel, its not a perfect 100% reliabiltiy b/c its not stock, but its pretty close. Thanx for the info.

Don't know about the 23, but I'm thinking of getting a Jarvis barrel and Gem-Tech Blackside .45 for my G21.

I tried several different cans and liked the Evo-9 the best.  To MY EARS (remember hearing is subjective) it was the most quiet.  I also like the indexing feature to ensure POI shift stays consistent.

I use mine on a G19 with a KKM barrel.  No reliability problems at all.  I can switch the Evo's piston adapter for the fixed barrel adapter and run the can on a fixed barrel weapon, like a 9mm AR.
