Just bought my first muzzle loader tonight, Omega base model. In the manual it gives different muzzle energies (FPS/velocity) for different bullets and either 2 or 3 pellets...my question is, is there a ballistics table out there to show bullet drop/trajectory?

Did you have a specific load in mind? I have a calculator, but you have to plug in ballistic coefficient, etc..For example, a Hornady lock n load sabot with a 250 grain bullet propelled by 150 grains will drop 2.7" at 200 yards.

Over on the left side of the page I linked is a BC estimator.  Enter the caliber, bullet shape, and weight and it will give you an estimate of the BC.  I've checked it with what several other companies claim for their BC and it's usually pretty close.
