thanks, i figured that was the case.  I use pyrodex pellets and they dirty my gun up in a hurry.

You're welcome.  Torn as to whether or not I should get another BP rifle because Cabela's is blowing out the Remington Genesis Rifles (Blued Steel/Black Stock) for $134.99, with a mail in $35.00 rebate from Remington.

 That is a Very good deal though.

They're both going to leave their fair share of residue.  Use what shoots best and swab with a damp (not wet, damp) patch between shots at the range.

triple 7 nice to clean but i have problems reloading next power belt or sabot .as far as cleaning tc cleaning patches in the jars are great .clean between shots at range
