[ARCHIVED THREAD] - 03A4 help!

Hi everyone, I have an 03A4 that is missing one of the windage screws for the Redfield Jr base. Anyone have a line on where to find these? I've tried the major surplus parts houses with no luck...any ideas??

It's a very common base made even today, I'd imagine the thread pitch is likely universal. Just call Redfield tech support and confirm or just take a chance on $15 commerical Redfield base setup.

Well, I didn't even think of contacting Redfield...thanks! I called their tech line and the guy said he wasn't sure if the windage screws are the same as they were in the '40's, but he's gonna mail me a couple of new ones to see if they will work. I'll report back when I get them.

Success!! The screws Redfield sent me are the same style and thread. I'll still probably order the original parkerized ones from Bill Ricca, but these will work for now. Thanks everyone for your help and suggestions!
