I recently came into what I think is a zf39 Dow+ scope. I know the dow+ is correct as it is stamped on the bell along with a s/n of 19980 on the bottom of the rear main tube. I've tried a few internet searches and come up with conflicting info. Can anyone confirm for me what scope this is. The optics seem decent but I'm guessing it was left in the heat as it looks to have some sort of oil or lard on the inside of the eye piece lens. Any info on repair or value would be aperciated.
