I've had a C&R FFL for 6 years, received the renewal application this past week in the mail. I don't plan to renew it.
So my question is, Do I have to check the box and send the application back to not renew or can I just not do anything and let it lapse with out sending it back? |

I canceled mine and sent it in last month. I was on my fourth renewal.
I was simply losing out on too many FTF buys because folks are really getting shy about giving out their personal info so I could record it in my bound book. Now that it's been gone a month or so I'm sorta glad to be shed of it. |
