So....I was an idiot and signed my original document.

Do I need to inquire about a replacement or can I cover the signature to make copies for submitting it to vendors?

You can cover your signature up, make lots of copies, sign the copies, and away you go.

A bunch of the vendors take scanned copies...so just scan it and email it to them. You can also fax it.

Scan it... load it up in your favorite "paint" utility... paint out the signature and date in white... print copies, sign copies, mail...

Just sign copies with a wide tipped pen over the signature....
