Ok so i thought I had this problem fixed.  It seems to only have gotten worse.  The hammer on my TT-33 goes to half cock during firing some of the time.  Other times it will fire just fine.  I am now trying to figure out what is causing the problem.  How do I fix it?  Would it be easier to just buy the new hammer assembly?

Looking at the internals on it the dis connector and the sear look just fine, the hammer though looks good all except for the bottom notch looks a little shallow.

May be the hammer spring has gone soft, you can find them online ( I think Wolff makes them ). Easy fix ( you will need three arms to replace the spring ).

Check the sear spring esp if you are talking about a Romanian, give it a tweak to increase tension on sear if it is weak.
