Have a slightly unique situation.. Our Police chief was fired a couple months ago, we technically do not have one right now. There are currently two officers now, one was just hired the other has been around for a long time, however neither have officially been named Police Chief. How should this be filled out ? Also.. C. Are you in possession of a valid hunting license or permit lawfully issued in the United States? Yes No 1. If you answered "NO," you likely cannot lawfully possess a firearm and therefore cannot be a federal firearms licensee.  Seriously ????2. If you answered "YES," complete the following information, and attach a copy of the hunting license or permit to the application. |

The part about the hunting license is in the section that applies to "Nonimmigrant Aliens" (#10) and you do not need to fill it out. Unless, of course, you are a nonimmigrant alien. Instead of a Chief of Police, I would send it to the Sheriff's office. That is where I sent mine as well. |
