Hi guys I'm getting ready to install the front sight base on my Smith Corona 03a3. It seems to be pretty straight forward but I had a few questions...
1) Are the pins tapered? They look to be straight but just want to be sure before I start tapping in the pins. 2) Should I use a bit of blue loctite to keep everything secure? 3) Does anyone know where I could pick up a front sight blade for the 03a3, I have everything but the sight blade.
