A friend of mine, despite my insistence that its a bad idea, is looking to sell his Remington 1903. The rifle is missing its rear sight assembly (mounts on the front of the receiver) the front sight (dovetail style), the stock wood is in a little less than ideal, and it is missing a lot of stock hardware. It has a intact bolt, magazine disconnect, and a milled trigger guard. The metal finish looks like new, and the bore and barrel are bright with clean lands/grooves (4 groove barrel BTW).

I'd vote that he just track down the missing parts, but what you the C&R board value a rough-shape 1903 in?

From that desciption it would be hard to say. If you could post pictures, serial number, and barrel date I'm sure someone could give you better guess. I would say from 100 to 400.
