I just got my renewal in the mail and sent it back out with the application filled out and the $30 check. What phone number do I call so that I can verify that they received it and it is in their system. Thanks.

I posted the below in the thread you started in the "General Class III" forum too.

No real reason to call. Once they receive and process your renewal, you will receive a new copy of your license.

If you insist on calling, just call the main FFLC number at 304-616-4600. The customer service folks that answer that line can let you know if the renewal hit the system.

I sent mine USPS Certified mail with electronic receipt. No one signed for it but it seems like it got delivered because my check cleared my bank. I want to make sure that ATF cashed it and has my renewal paperwork in their system. Otherwise some other worthless some bitch cashed it.
When I call them do I need to tell them my C&R FFL number or can they check by name and address? Thanks Dan.

Keep in mind that the payment goes to one office and the application to another. They usually aren't in the same state. As soon as they verify payment they notify the licensing office. They seem to start whenever they get around to it.

Talked to BATFE today and everything is good to go. My renewal is in their system. My biggest concern over this whole matter is that I have a couple suppressors currently pending and I did not want any snags along the way. Thanks guys.
