I recently moved and need to change my C&R over. I want to know whether or not I send the amendment to my former CLEO or my new CLEO.
Any Ideas? |

Your old CLEO has no bearing on where you live now. On a side note, good luck getting your amended C&R FFL from ATF. They were pretty good about getting it back to me after one move. However, I moved about 2 years ago, and I never got the amended FFL sent to me. I finally just applied for a new C&R FFL at my new location and let the old one expire. Strangely enough, they did send the renewal for my old license to my new home, so they apparently got the info. They just never bothered to send the license. |

I applied for mine in march of 09 and received it in 4 weeks. I don't think it will be a problem. |
