Yesterday while shooting off some rounds my damn extractor spring broke!
So I need a new one, the only places I've found that ship them want to charge 25USD ontop of shipping and the actual product cost (5.50USD) simply because I'm in New Zealand.

I Don't know the full ins and outs of your laws but i was under the impression anything under 100USD did not require US state dept permit. If this is the case, and the seller is simply trying to make some extra cash, is there anyone here with a spare lying around?? I'm prepared to pay upto 10USD for the spring itself and extra for shipping.

I know this should probably be in the EE but I couldn't find a wanted section in it.

I'm amazed no one in Aus, or NZ has one,

assuming you tried the usual suspects, you may want to ask over on jouster or gunboards, both have a very active enfield section, with folks from your neck of the woods,

you could also post a WTB ad in the C&R section of the EE

I've tried the local forums here in nz and ive tried a few gunshops/smiths but so far nothing. One gunsmiths best advice was to buy another no4 that someone had cut up and basterdised from an auction sight and pinch the parts from that, thats what they do... I don't know of any gun places in aussie, i know they exist but I wouldn't have much of a clue where to start looking or who are reputable dealers
