I have been thinking about picking up a PPSh-43 and using it as a plinker since ammo is still affordable.
I would like the Carbine and have a local place that is out currently but restocking. Any good/bad things about these Rifles/carbines? My ARs fire closed bolt too I just want a more than 22LR I can afford to shoot |

You do realize that it is a heavily modified gun. The BATF won't allow stuff to be sold with an open bolt. I suppose if it works its ok.
