I HAVE A OLD BELGIAN REVOLVER I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT WAS GIVEN TO ME WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IT IS ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT POSTED A PIC OF THE GUN AND ONE OF A PIECE OF PAPER ON WHICH I HAVE DRAWN THE MARKING OF THE GUN ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT THANKS GUYS

looks like a Montenegrin(from Montenegro) Gasser revolver.  IIRC their monarch made it a law that every man needed to own one and tons of small makers turned them out for a brief period of time.

That is indeed a Belgian copy of the Austro-Hungarian M1880 "Montenegrin" revolver. As the poster above says, these revolvers were manufactured in the last quarter of the 19th century. Yours can be in either 11.3X35R Montenegrin (doubtful) or some version of 9MM rimmed revolver round. Yours appears to have either ivory or bone grips and is either broken or has been manufactured as a single action only version. Most of these were made as a double action type so yours is either fairly scarce or broken (not uncommon....). Parts are unobtainable as is 11.3 ammo.
