I had an enfield and a mosin before I got my C&R, was I supposed to enter those into my bound book???  I was under the impression that only guns that I acquire/dispose of USING my C&R had to be in the book??  How should I enter them in my book?

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe its any C&R firearm that you acquire/dispose of while you have your license, whether you used it to make the transaction or not. Example, I bought a Russian SKS at a gun show but didn't have my licesnce with me so the dealer just ran me through NICS.

Yep. You don't USE your license. You ARE licensed. If it's C&R, it goes in the book.

OK, but I had these two rifles BEFORE i even applied/received my C&R, what do I do then?  Just enter them?

You do not have to enter rifles that you acquire before getting your C&R.  But if you sell it you now have to enter it into your book.

It hurts nothing but he asked the laws and they are. If you had the firearms before you got your license you do not need to log them unless you sell them then log them out. May not make sense but read your rule book. Everyone got one its in there
