[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Bound book entry question

I have seen this asked before in one of the stickies but I've not see a clear answer.

I have a C&R license and I maintain a bound book in which I have logged my two C&R firearm purchases. Since receiving my C&R license, I have not purchased a non-C&R firearm. I will be purchasing a non-C&R firearms very soon.

Do I have to enter the non-C&R firearm in to my bound book?

Negative. Non C&R firearms are not to be entered in there any more than collectible figurines would.

Bound book is for C&R firearms only.

Some people like to keep a seperate, informal book for their other firearms but this is purely optional.

I have a separate record book for my non-C&R guns, but it's not required.
