Definately...

90 days is the normal wait...if you call before then, they'll tell you to call back after then.

They told me that they were way behind on backgrounds, but I live in KY and they are usually slower than TX.

Good luck...

I would call the atf, it took me four months to get mine, The day that I called the supervisor approved right then and there and I got it at the end of that week.

Apparently all it takes is a call...

here's my timeline:
sent 11/2/07
charged 11/7/07
called 2/1/08
c&r delivery 2/9/08

Let us know how quickly you get it after you call...

You sent them a personal check didn't you? Allways send a Cashier's Check or a Money Order.

I always send personal checks for my NFA transfers.  Why would it matter here?  Besides, they are all EFT on checks now anyways.  Its on their website.

Hmm, I didn't know about the EFT setup. That blows my theory out of the water.
