| I was about to put the manufacturer or importer down for my K98 mauser and i couldnt read who imported it. it looks like this: "G.I.A. Knox TN 8mm Germany". Anyone know what that stands for? I originally thought it was CIA ie Century Arms, but it appears to be a definate G instead of a C. Any help is appreciated. TIA!! |
| I would just put down G.I.A. Knoxville, TN as the importer. It is a registered mark and BATF would know who it was if they needed the information. You also have to enter the manufacturer. The heading on the illustration in the regulation is misleading. Both the manufacture and importer (if applicable) are required entries. |
