[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Which form?

I remember reading somewhere that there's a form you can fill out and fax to the ATF with a copy of your 03 if you're planning on moving. Which form do I need?

Here's a link for the change of address form.

You may want to call the BATFE to make sure nothing else is required. This form is the same for all types of FFLs.

Weird. So all of this business talk on the form are N/A since a 03 isn't for business purposes right?

Yep, you can leave it blank. Just fill in the stuff that pertains to individuals. You may want to include a short note that states you are just changing your address for your C&R.
