I would like to sell a rifle from my collection on an auction site. Is that legal if I have a C&R Licence?Thanks for you input.

crap nevermind, realized this is the whole C&R issue.

I think you just have to note it in your book that it was sold.

Unless it is an antique the receiving party has to have an FFL. I guess the answer your question is YES as long as you follow the law.
