| Depends. I have gotten forms ordered in as little as a few days up to three weeks. I guess it depends on how swamped they are or if they have the forms in stock at the time. Be patient, it will come. You will need the C of C form also but they will probably send it along even if you did not ask for it. When I ordered my Form 1, Form 4, and C&R I did not request any C of Cs but they sent those forms along anyway, two for each set of forms. |
