[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Springfield 03, C&R?

Im working on a trade with a person out of my state. He is a C&R holder. He says a Springfield 03 can be shipped straight to him as its listed as a C&R firearm. Can anyone who knows the law better than me confirm if this is correct or not? Thanks, DAVE

He is correct. Have him send you a copy of his 03 FFL and ship only to the address on the license.

Thanks for the info. I dont want to get crossed up with ATF. I already have a copy of his C&R, just wanted to CYA before shipping. Many thanks, DAVE

Yup perfectly legal....thats why we get them C&R papers.......
