first production batch is at the anodizer now. first one in public hands will be at the end of this month (donated to fundraiser auction). we might send out a few to gun blogs and reviewers, but afterwards, they will be available. we will have to get cracking on the second batch, since the friends/family list is a little longer than planned.
ETA: the point of my earlier post is, you can use a welded on, bolted-on, or dovetailed on system to mount sights directly to barrel on a takedown, charger, etc, as long as the sight has long eye relief. red dots work at any distance, so it should work well on a rifle similar to OP. for my takedown bullpup, it works with scopes too. |
