I have a BC folder and when the stock is on the gun, the receiver can move up and down a bit in the stock. Will this affect accuracy?

It annoyed me too.
Gently and firming I applied pressure upward on the front arm of the stock. It took the rocking out of it. It'll flex around the mag well. I suspect this thin area warps over time.

I actually wound up getting ride of my Choate folding stock (I know it's a different brand) for the same reason. The polymer was just too soft and the entire stock could flex with the action in it.
