| I've been thinking about picking up one of the Ruger American Rimfire Compact .22's then having the barrel threaded and the front sight moved back. Has anyone out there done this and if so what did it run you and how do you like it? I'm thinking though that if I waited a year or so that Ruger will come out with one threaded from the factory. |

Love mine. Had morgan at class3machining do the work and it turned out great.

Just the barrel? the whole rifle. the barrel is press fit in and is a bitch to get out. |
