You might check out Swift.  They have parallax adjustment down to very short ranges.

Nikon Prostaff Rimfire 3-9X with BDC. The BDC works pretty good if you use the SpotOn software to get the right load info.

Meuller APV 4.5-14x40 AO. I love mine. 130$ from Joeboboutfitters and comes with a 3" Meuller sunshade.

This.  The only thing I don't like is that it's set up for 1600fps.  What .22lr ammo even shoots that fast?  Nothing I have even comes close.
