The rings look like Weaver Grand Slam steel rings. That's all I know.

Looks like a Redfield to me. They usually were marked "Redfield" lightly on the side as well, but the stamp on the bottom and the contours of the base and rings look like a Redfield. I'm about 90%+ confident it is a Refield.
