Just a quick simple question for you guys.

I have a Magnum Research MagnumLite in 22 WMR. Bassically, it's an updated 10/22 Magnum. I am currently using Ruger factory 9 round rotary mags. I have 5 right now.

I was curious if anybody know of any higher capacity mags THAT WORK. I have seen a few here and there, but they seem to be hit-or-miss.

I have heard that the TI Mags are great, but I don't see anything for the 10/22 Magnum.

Thanks

i've heard that Volquartsen makes an aluminum, extended 25rd mag.

their stuff usually seems to work, is US made and everything i've ever seen is high quality.

other than that... never heard of any.

Now that you mention it, I do remember seeing it at Midway once. Here is the link

Seems a little pricey though TBH. Promag & Shooters Ridge also make them, but they have less-then-stellar reviews.

Shooter's Choice makes 10/22 Magnum magazines and the ones I have work fine. I have heard others say they suck.

Given that they are reasonably priced, you might consider trying one to see for yourself.

YMMV.

Are these the ones you are refering to?

Shooters Ridge @ Cabelas

If so, they are the ones I was thinking about trying out. Last time I was up there, they had them on the shelf. Might pick up 1 to give a try.

They are indeed. They have single and double stack mags, and I suggest the singles. The doubles can be a massive pain to load properly, rim lock issues.

Looks like they just came out with a 30 round, double stack, STEEL LIPS version for the 22 Mag. If these work, they would be amazing IMO.
