I saw a vintage brick of these by Remington at a local gunshop. Is there any difference between these and other conventional std. and high velocity .22 Short loads? Are these more akin to CB caps power wise, or something (I know that Remington used to market 22 short CBEES on their own).

I've got an old box of Remington 22 gallery ammo and the bullets are made of some type of compressed material that will turn to powder when they strike something.

Gallery ammo used a fragmented bullet so it doesn't ricochet.

check out this restored shooting gallery. The guy has something like 30K rounds of gallery ammo.
