After 2 barrel and stock swaps on my old 10/22, I have two spare barrels and stocks. So I says to myself, I says, "Self, if you could get 2 complete receivers, you would have three 10/22's!"

Any idea where a fella can find plain Jane stock 10/22 receivers for less than the cost of a new 10/22?

It can't be done. Stripped receivers cost about 70 bucks a copy. Add shipping, FFL fee, bolt, recoil spring assy., & trigger group & you're back to the cost of a basic carbine.
