Under the barrel in front of the receiver there are two hex screws. Unscrew these and remove the little block that they keep in place. That part is called the "v block", btw, and it keeps the barrel pressed into the receiver. After that, just pull/twist the barrel out.

Got Screws and V block removed not twisting or pulling out?

You got it. Once you take out the hex screws the wedge block that they went through should be loose (you might have to tap it.

When the block is off the barret should pull right out . there is no other index other than the wedge block so you can grab the rieciever and the barrel in your hands and twist

All that I have done have come right apart but if it is real stuck I guess I would try a bit of heat

Well, it might be a little tight.  You could put the receiver in a padded vice and tap the barrel out with a short dowel and a hammer, or you could spray some penetrating oil on it and let it sit for a while, or you could put the barrel/receiver in the oven on lowish heat for an hour
