I think it was one that CMMG was marketing as a "Rebar" cutter......

I contacted CMMG, and the top is the same as their rebar cutter from their krink flash hider. They said that there has never been one made to fit a 1/2X28 thread........If anyone can help me locate the owner or locate the part it would help me alot. Thanks.
