I picked this up today fairly cheap. It has a chrome bolt and there is some mild rust on the barrel but the bore is nice. The black walnut stock and Winchester logo are what closed the deal for me.

This is my first .22 caliber rifle. Can anybody tell me anything about it?

I have one also ,I took a Win mod 90,Win Model 1890,Marlin 39,and the old 27 inch Win mod 67 out for some shooting.

The most accurate of them all was you quessed it the 67,course it might have to do a lot with the longer sight radius.

Great rifle then and now.
