I received a Stevens Model 15-A Bolt Action, Single shot rifle from my Grandfather a few years back.  I don't know much about it's history and was hoping someone could fill me in.

Any idea what time frame this rifle may have been produced?

What is it worth today?

Any idea of what accuracy I should expect from it?  It's receiver and barrel are one piece.  Is that good or bad for accuracy?

The stock is a little scratched up and I'm thinking of having my Dad (Grandfather's son) refinish it.

To me it's a very nice little rifle.  It is very sentimental to me and I look forward to teaching my children to shoot using this rifle.

Thanks for any info you can provide!
