[ARCHIVED THREAD] - 10/22 mag problem

New 10/22 owner here with a small problem you guys might be able to help me out with. The factory 10rd. mag hangs up about half-way through rotation while I'm shooting. Some times it looks like the rounds come out and fall besides/under the follower. Any idea why this is happening? Could the mag just be dirty and if so what's the best way to clean it? Thanks for the help.
