| Price check on a like new 10/22 Deluxe made in 1976. Has "Made in America's 200th Year of Liberty" (or something similar to that) stamped on the barrel. Wooden stock with checkering. $140 with a cheapie BSA scope and mounts. |

I guess I'm confused whether you're buying or selling. But... I worked for several years for a FFL and all the books said there was no added value to the "Made in America's 200th Year of Liberty" marking. Every gun they made that year had it. But most people are willing to spend a few extra bucks for the marking. 5%-10% maybe. Around here you don't find used 10/22's selling for much less than full retail. If you can find a good deluxe 10/22 for $140 I would jump on it. New carbines are around $150 with deluxe sporters going for $199-up. |
