| Looking to get a Gen III/Level 5 softshell set. I wear a Med/Reg BDU. Should I assume that I'll be the same size for the Level 5 set, or should I drop down to a S/R? |

Hell no! I'd get a Med Reg if you live in temperate climes, with lighter insulation layers, and a Large Reg if you live in really cold places, with heavier insul layers.
I'm 5' 11" and 165. 40" chest, 32" waist. I like a Large Reg because it gives you extra room, for layers and ventilation. Don't know why you'd want a Small Reg. The gen III stuff rocks out BTW. Can't beat it for the money. |
