Hi guys, I placed an order from Rogue Gunfighter for their LVR with iiia and a couple med pouches on 8-8-14, got their email confirmation on the order, but since then I have tried vigorously to get a hold of them for a status update on my order via their email on their website without any response. I even tried to hit them up on Facebook to no avail...anybody here place any recent orders with them who have actually been able to receive their stuff or make any successful contact with them? I would try calling but they don't list any contact numbers. I figured since they were Texas based I'd try to support a Texas company. Frankly I'm getting a little nervous now. I emailed them at least 3x now...

well fuck me, still not heard a thing.
| Their stuff comes from Tactical Assault Gear, They are in fact vets/active duty, they have insanely long shipping times and take forever to respond, I ordered an LVR last year and after 5 weeks had nothing, emailed and never heard back, ended up contacting someone at TAG. HOWEVER I met them at SHOT last year all extremely nice, I got the vibe that this isn't their day job. |

had similar issue myself I had to get on FB to contact them and then it took more than a minute to get a response. The fellow who did respond was new to RG and was trying to put out the fires. I called my CC and debated the charges and canceled my order. It is a shame because they make a great kit, works for lo and hi profile, but good luck getting it and what is worse....they could not even send me an email saying " hey guy, its going to be a while but do not worry we did not just take your money for nothing"
They were however VERY quick to charge my card. I will never buy from them again |
