| So I ordered belt back in September to replace by current duty belt. I've recently sent a couple emails to check on status of order but have yet to get a reply. Anyone know of a better way to contact them or just continue to wait to hear back or to receive item? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. |

He is a small shop and it even indicated several weeks from order to shipping.
I have two of his belts. Each over two months, and worth the wait! On the first I did get a reply to an email. If I recall correctly it said being a small shop delays are expected. Speculation He can answer email inquiring as to when an order will ship or make belts. His quality is worth the wait! |
| FWIW, I recommended them to a buddy who ended up waiting OVER A YEAR for his order to ship. Quality is amazing and all that, but the company seems to have a big disconnect in taking orders (and charging his CC at the time of order) to not have the capacity to produce and deliver the product for over 12 months later. |

PaceP: I would like to know the name of your buddy, since I know no one has ever waited that long for any of my gear. Cards are charged at the time of order since this is Paypal's policy, not mine. JT Every experience I've had with Jones I have had my stuff within a few weeks. Have a buddy that got a belt out of him within a few days. |
