just picked up a SOC holster off the EE..do all of the SOC holsters belt mounting hardware screw into just plastic or is this an older model?? im not sure i like that, i would prefer the threaded metal bushings they use on other parts of the holster..i guess if i have a problem ill use some epoxy on it..

I've got one for my G17 w/TLR-1. I absolutely love it, workmanship is amazing and it fits the gun like a glove. Took a little bit of break in because of the light, but now it draws like butter.

OP - I will check how the RTI is attached to mine when I get home, it's only about two months old.

If you're are referring to the RTI hanger, it attaches with a 2 piece post and screw. The screws don't actually go into the plastic.

Sorry man, spaced on getting back to you.

Anyways, the RTI hanger does screw directly into the plastic. Like so:

thanks for the pic..the screws that came with mine are more fine thread machine screws..seems like those like you have would grab the plastic more..
