How do I attach this to a plate carrier??

Grimlocs are the preferred method, but short straps with buckles or even 550 paracord will do. A good many users find attaching a bladder carrier directly to one's PC or other LBE problematic when re-filling, and/or riding in a vehicle, and thus use bladder carrier with integral shoulder straps.
