So I don't know anything about MOLLE or ALICE or PAL or any of that stuff so maybe you guys can help me out.
I'd like a belt I can take off and put on frequently when out camping. That is the biggest priority along with it being comfortable when hiking. what I want to put on the belt is the folllowing: 2 Fast mag pouches for the AR 2 G17 mag carriers, preferably one that I could run through a normal belt if need be. G17...I don't have a holster picked out yet, but obviously something Kydex that I'll decide on later First aid kit that has belt loops. Knife with sheath with belt loop Pouch holding fire kit, water purification tablets, cell phone, signaling tools, compass, etc. I'm trying to stay under $85 just for the belt setup, I'll be getting everything shortly after that. If anyone has input or can show videos on how all the webbing and attaching of belts work I'd appreciate it. |

I've got an ATS duty belt with a Blackhawk duty belt. Total cost was about $65 from OP Tactical. The ATS belt has a velcro lining on the inside that mates up with the velcro lining on the Blackhawk belt. The two layers of the ATS are only connected at three spots on the bottom of the belt, the two ends and on spot in the back. So it's easy to hang stuff that's not MOLLE compatible (i.e. drop holsters, drop leg platforms, dropped & offset holsters, etc.) off of the Blackhawk. |

I'm thinking Eagle Duty Belt with an ATS Warbelt from SKD...if it will work with the gear I like. ETA Answered my own question, it is. |
