Anyone know anything about these? What are they made of? How do they perform?

Sorry to highjack the thread.  Don't know anything about these.  Just wondering where in AFG you are?  Camp Eggers here, leaving in a week.

I've been wondering about these too, now that the supply of TAP Gamma's seems to be running low. I too would love to hear from anyone with experience with these.

I'll see if we have any laying around. We shot one of their level III SA steel plates a while back. That thing was pretty tough.

EDIT: Just checked. Don't have any here.  Sorry about that.

The Gamma+ is being replaced by an upgraded model that's supposed to come out any time now. It's not an "official" Gamma+ but it's based on the same design, with some unknown improvements. I think it's called the Sigma+.

Ya, I heard about those. I'm just worried they will remain vapor ware for the indefinite future. I may actually snag another set of Gamma's next moth even though I have more than enough as is. I really need to find a set of multihit lvl4's though, prefferably ESAPI or XSAPI sec, as I have no lvl4 plates at this point. And some MSAP side/accessory plates as well. I definitely wish I hadnt passed on those BAE level 4's though, they were sweet.

I wish I never found the gear section, here and in the EE (and ebay). Between medical supplies, like 5 different armor setups, and various other stuff I have been seriously neglecting my guns/ammo/optics/mags buying.
